Yes. Elsevier offers authors e-offprints – free electronic versions of published articles – upon publication. E-offprints are watermarked PDF versions, and are usually delivered within a few days of publication - much faster than conventional print copies. Although these PDFs may not be posted to public websites, they can be distributed to research colleagues.
