Thumbnails are displayed only for image files in the following formats: .tif, .gif, .jpeg, .eps, and .psd. Other file types (i.e. .doc, .xls, .pdf, and .ppt) will not display a thumbnail image. Generally, thumbnails require up to 24 hours to generate.
